Roots N Circuits LLC collects a parent, guardian, or adult learner's contact information and program preferences to research demand and follow up about proposed coding classes in the Fort Smith area.

What we collect

The interest form collects your first name, email, program, schedule, and consent, plus any optional details you choose to provide. Please do not submit a child's name, address, or contact information. Youth program submissions should come from a parent or guardian.

How we use and protect it

We use your information to assess demand, shape proposed programs, and contact you with your consent. Leads are stored in Supabase and accessible through a protected owner dashboard. Our transactional email provider sends the owner a notification containing the contact details you submit. We do not sell your information.

Website analytics

We automatically load Google Analytics (measurement ID G-6FRW04MFT0). Google receives page views and program/form interaction events and may store first-party analytics cookies. A successful interest submission is recorded as a lead event. Our integration does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, or chat content to Google. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration. Admin pages are excluded. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policies. You can opt out below; this stops future tracking and removes associated Google Analytics cookies where accessible.

Unless you opt out, we store a random visitor identifier in your browser and record page visits, program views, form activity, and assistant referrals with campaign source parameters. This lets us count unique visitors and measure conversion without advertising trackers. Opting out of analytics does not affect your ability to join. Clearing browser storage or changing devices may cause a new visitor count. Security rate limits use a hashed network identifier when a trusted hosting proxy is configured.

AI assistant

When enabled, questions are sent to OpenAI to generate answers. We do not save complete conversations in our database. The provider processes requests under its own data policies. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in questions.

Access, deletion, and follow-up

To request removal, correct your details, or withdraw contact consent, email [email protected] using the address you submitted.

We review interest-list records after 12 months and remove records no longer needed. Anonymous analytics are retained for up to 12 months. The owner handles deletion requests and removes related notification emails and exports. Joining the interest list does not guarantee a seat.
